I just want to take a minute and let you know how much a company like 12inch
Design means to a small business owner!
As a owner of a small production house, I am always looking for ways to cut down on costly overhead without hurting the look of the product. I've used graphic packages from various companies over the years, but not without technical problems in one way or another or just settling for mediocre motion backgrounds. After searching and searching, I've finally hit the mother load! You guys are my burning bush, my salvation! Your products are unique in several ways. They're in touch with today's trends. The animated wipes constantly give me new ideas on segment transitions. The animated sets are absolutely stunning. The DVD menu templates are worth their price 50 times over, considering the amount of time I cut off on a project just trying to tinker with backgrounds, and lower thirds...UNREAL!
I can honestly say that they taken my productions to the next level. Clients love the fact that they can go on line, pick and choose, so I can concentrate on the elements I know best, like shooting and editing.
I run AVID NLE's and they import flawlessly. I have never had a problem with any of the downloads. They are quick, clean, and high end.
Buying a clip at a time, NICE. No one else does that. I love the fact that I don't have to plan on spending thousands of dollars every year just in graphics packages. That money can now go in my pocket, and lets face it...That's the bottom line!

Just wanted to commend you on the Unit 07 ProductionBlox I purchased from you last week. This is one of those rare cases where the product delivered was BETTER than expected.
The quality of the textures and mattes is first rate. They look beautiful on my screen and work very well in both Final Cut Pro and LiveType.
In addition, the DVD catalogs, tutorials, packaging, etc. are top-notch bonuses that make the product even better.
